Media Temple如何退款

我曾经办理过(gs)的退款，流程是这样子的

在AccountCenter中
1. Click on "Billing"
2. Click on "Request to Close"
3. Choose the Service you wish to close

之后(mt)发确认信给你

A request has been received to completely close Account (act# 95274). Please note that when the request is processed, this action will close all Services and Contacts on the Account. All data, files, email, passwords, etc. will be deleted from our servers and backup systems.
Another email will be sent once the request has been fully processed.

再然后会发信告诉你退款在何时会发给你

使用PayPal给(mt)MediaTemple付款

在你没有拥有(mt)MediaTemple之前，也就是第一次购买的时候是不支持Paypal的，等你开通帐户之后，在AccountCenter里就能找到PalPal支付的选项。另外，我建议的是选择月付，不论是买(gs)还是(dv)等其他，既可以缓解资金压力，而且现在美元汇率贬值持续走高，每个月的汇率差价，可以减小一些消费，聚沙成塔嘛。如果有使用Paypal的朋友，可以直接消费美元更方便。要说明的是，这里指的Paypal是国际帐号，不是中国ebay的贝宝，贝宝只能在国内消费使用。

首先登录到你的AccountCenter，选择Bill菜单下的Make a payment
